Target Margin is renting long term / short term studio space in our new home at 232 52nd Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. We provide space for all artists to gather + engage in their creative / cultural practices and are dedicated to expanding the supply of affordable theater and studio space for artists working in New York City.
COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES
Target Margin takes Covid-19 seriously. All renters must comply with Covid Safety Guidelines, including temperature checks upon arrival and physical distancing. The Covid Safety Guidelines will be provided along with the terms of rental and must be signed off before entering the space. Please view our Covid Safety Guidelines here.

You can now book weekday rehearsal space (10am-10pm Monday-Friday} at the last minute (48 hours before your rehearsal) for 50% off our standard rates!

Large Studio (32’x34’) @ $12/hr
To book space, fill The Rental Request Form within 2 days of your rehearsal. If we have space, you’ll get it at our discounted rate. Then, pay with cash or check when you arrive. Credit cards accepted with 7% processing fee.
AMENITIES, Booking info & Directions
Open kitchen, common area, bathroom, natural light, additional chairs, air conditioner, heating, and Wifi.
BOOKING / PAYMENT
Once you complete The Rental Request Form, you will receive a response within 24 hours with availability. Your rental will not be confirmed until an agreement is finalized. Payments are preferred cash or check. A 7% processing fee will be added to card transactions.
